Perched on the ancient medieval walls of Castagneto Carducci, Borgo al Castello develops among alleys, vegetable gardens, terraces and orange and lemon trees.
The complex consists of three independent units designed around a private pedestrian street that connects the street of the old town with a freight elevator that rises from the driveway at the base of the slope.
The three units, designed following the structure of the houses built on the existing walls, have courts, gardens and terraces where you can enjoy the sunsets towards the Tuscan hills, the sea of Corsica and Capraia.
The project foresees that all the units will be built following the guidelines for the energy certification in class A, which use renewable energy sources and which are accessible by small electric cars and bikes from the village and without architectural barriers through the freight elevator.
The interior design of the units is completely customisable.
